＜How to apply＞
Please apply from the "Rental Application Form" in the "Application Guide" email sent after your reservation is confirmed.
The deadline for submitting the rental application form is 11:59 PM four days before the tour. We will not be able to prepare rental items for applications submitted after the deadline or for applications with incomplete information (such as unregistered sizes). Please arrange the necessary equipment yourself.
The deadline will not be extended even if you apply for a tour on a short notice. Please note that our rental equipment cannot be used for tours booked within 3 days of the application date.
If you apply for a tour on short notice (within 3 days of your application date), we may contact you by phone from the Yamakara Yakushima store to confirm your booking details. If we cannot contact you by 3:00 PM on the day before the tour, we will cancel your reservation.
Similarly, if we cannot confirm your payment and submission of the "Yakushima Additional Information Form" by 3:00 PM on the day before the tour, we will cancel your reservation.

◇Cancellation Fee
If you cancel or change your tour for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
・7 to 2 days before the tour: 30% of the tour price
・1 day before the tour (until 6:00 PM): 50% of the tour price
・On the day of the tour (including outside of business hours on the previous day): 100% of the tour price
・After the tour starts or no-show: 100% of the tour price

※Cancellation fees will be calculated based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
※Tours will proceed rain or shine. Cancellation or date changes due to weather reasons will be treated as customer cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
※No cancellation fee will be charged if Yamakara decides not to hold the tour due to heavy rain warnings, mountain trail conditions, a state of emergency, or other reasons.
※If you are unable to come to Yakushima due to flight or boat cancellations, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
